#PelaElOjoPanamá is a citizen awareness campaign aimed at promoting transparency and democratic participation. Its mission: to expose politicians with open corruption cases and prevent their re-election in the 2019 general elections.

For years, Panamanians continued voting for the same politicians, justifying their actions with the phrase: «they steal, but they get things done.» To challenge this mindset, we transformed a widely recognized Panamanian gesture into a powerful form of protest, shining a spotlight on political corruption.

The impact was undeniable: out of 51 deputies, only 15 were re-elected in the 2019 general elections.
