The obvious solution was to offer price promotions, but shoppers were skeptical, as these typically resulted in less than 1.6% savings. Instead, we took a different approach: over 38,000 households exchanged their MAGGI® packages for half a chicken, driving a +24% sales increase in traditional channels and a +30bps growth in share value.
